799pak Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

Welcome to 799pak, operated at https://799pak.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you as a player and 799pak as the platform operator. By accessing the 799pak website, creating a player account or placing any bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 799pak platform. These Terms apply to all services available on the platform including but not limited to: Aviator and crash games, live casino tables, esports betting markets, virtual sports wagering, the 799pak VIP Club and all bonus or promotional offers.

These Terms are written in English as the primary language for the 799pak platform, which serves players in Pakistan. Where any ambiguity arises, the interpretation that most fairly reflects the intent of these rules as a whole shall prevail. 799pak reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 799pak platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 799pak does not accept registrations from persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed through 799pak or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a 799pak employee or contractor in a role connected to platform operations, game management or odds-setting.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 799pak account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

When registering your 799pak account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name and a valid Pakistani mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. 799pak cannot be held responsible for account access issues or payment processing failures that result from incorrect information provided at registration or during subsequent updates.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 799pak login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 799pak support immediately. Any activity that takes place on your account before we receive and confirm notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

799pak accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. All funds deposited are held in your 799pak player balance and may be used to place bets or wagers on any available product on the platform.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at 799pak: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. 799pak does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a person other than the account holder.

• Deposits from third-party accounts or payment wallets not registered in your name are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.
• 799pak does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges in some circumstances.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 799pak balance immediately. In rare cases of technical delays, funds may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit does not appear within that window, contact our support team with your transaction reference.
• 799pak reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit, particularly deposits exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 100,000 within a 30-day period.

Withdrawals from your 799pak balance are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for accounts that have passed identity verification.

Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within five minutes of request submission, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to one business day depending on banking hours and the receiving institution's processing times. 799pak VIP Gold and Platinum members receive instant withdrawal processing at all times.

• Your withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If your preferred withdrawal method has changed, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request.
• All withdrawals are subject to a mandatory identity check. If your account has not yet been fully verified, withdrawals will be held pending completion of the verification process. Do not wait until you need to withdraw — complete your verification early.
• Bonus funds and free bet winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Refer to Section 6 and the specific terms of any active promotion in your 799pak account for details.
• If 799pak has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. You will be notified if this occurs and provided with the information required to resolve the matter.

799pak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Where there is any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: New players registering at 799pak are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus up to Rs 10,000. This bonus is available once per player, per household and per device. The welcome bonus requires a minimum deposit of Rs 500 to trigger.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses at 799pak carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before it can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement is 5× for sports and esports markets and 10× for crash games and casino games. Specific promotion pages state the exact requirement for each offer.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain at the end of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. If you accept a new bonus while an existing one is active, the existing bonus and all associated winnings may be forfeited. Check your active bonus status in your 799pak account dashboard before opting in to new offers.
• Abuse: 799pak actively monitors bonus activity. If we identify patterns of play that indicate bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk combinations, reverse betting, exploiting misquoted odds, or coordinating with other accounts — we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it and to close the accounts involved.

All bets placed on the 799pak platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on. These rules are available within each game or market interface and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. The following general betting rules apply across all 799pak products:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation message. 799pak will not accept requests to void confirmed bets on the grounds of a change of mind.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a clearly incorrect price being offered — such as an odds value that is obviously the result of a data feed error — 799pak reserves the right to void any bets placed at that price and return stakes to players.
• For crash games including Aviator, each round result is generated by a provably fair algorithm. The outcome of one round has no bearing on the outcome of any subsequent round. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
• For esports markets, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the tournament organiser. If a result is disputed by teams and a formal ruling is subsequently issued that changes the official result, bets will be resettled accordingly.
• Minimum stake across all 799pak products is Rs 50 for crash games and Rs 100 for sports, esports and casino markets. Maximum stakes vary by product and event and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing.
• 799pak reserves the right to limit the maximum stake available to any individual player on any market without notice, where we consider this necessary to manage risk or where unusual betting patterns have been identified.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 799pak platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, automated system or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, circumvent security systems or access accounts without authorisation.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or payment details to access the platform or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets, including sharing information in real time during live games or esports matches.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, theft or any other illegal means. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the 799pak platform, whether to gain a financial advantage or to cause damage to the platform or other players.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing 799pak support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with 799pak.

799pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a player has breached these Terms, where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, or where continuing to provide services to that player would create regulatory risk for the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to a player breach, we will work to return any verified legitimate balance to the player through available payment channels within a reasonable timeframe.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. 799pak will attempt to contact dormant account holders via their registered mobile number or email before taking any action. After a further 6 months with no response, a dormancy fee of Rs 500 per month may be applied to any remaining balance to cover account maintenance costs. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact our support team.

All content on the 799pak platform — including but not limited to the 799pak name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, promotional materials and data — is the intellectual property of 799pak or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 799pak platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any 799pak content without our prior written permission.

799pak collects and processes personal data from players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with 799pak, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

The categories of data we collect include: registration information (name, mobile number), device and browser information for security purposes, transaction history for payment processing and regulatory compliance, and betting history for personalisation and responsible gaming monitoring. We do not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

799pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players manage their activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 799pak account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your 799pak account. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each login session. You will receive a notification when you approach your limit and the session will end automatically when the limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once this limit is reached, further betting is restricted until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent closure of your account. During any self-exclusion period, 799pak will make all reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the platform, including blocking access from known devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 799pak's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

799pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical disruptions, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on information provided on the platform. The 799pak platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from third-party attacks.

If you have a complaint or dispute about any aspect of your 799pak account, transactions or betting results, the correct process is as follows:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your complaint directly with the 799pak support team, available 24/7 via the contact methods shown in your account. Provide as much detail as possible including date, time, amount involved and any reference numbers. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved by support within 72 hours, you may escalate it as a formal written complaint to support@799pak.click with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a full response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied after Step 2, you may refer your complaint to our licensing body's dispute resolution service. Contact details are available on request from the 799pak compliance team.

Players must exhaust the internal complaints process before seeking external resolution. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

799pak reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes come into effect, by displaying a prominent notice on the 799pak platform and, where possible, sending a notification to your registered mobile number or email address.

For minor or administrative amendments, such as clarification of language that does not change the substance of any rule, the updated Terms will be published immediately without advance notice. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when the document was last amended.

Your continued use of the 799pak platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not wish to accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any available balance beforehand.
